Being on Business plan

Let’s upgrade…

As a Developer with Business plan, you can view the information about your speech recognition usage at any time to be able to plan your expenses and choose the payment model that suits you best.

You can see your current balance on the Worklist and on the Billing plan page:

  • If you have purchased some prepaid hours, you´ll see your remaining quota decreasing when aRecord status changes to “In queue” by the file length, rounded up to the minute (see more about Record Statuses).
    • Remaining quota is displayed in the format Xh Ym/Ah Bm, where Xh Ym is remaining balance, and Ah Bm is a starting balance.
  • If you have no prepaid hours left, the additional hours will be counted as Xh Ym, which will increase by the file length (rounded up to the minute) when record status changes to “In queue".
    • The number of extra hours is reset to 0 on the first day of each month and you receive an invoice for the additional hours used.
  • The balance quota is restored by the length of the record if the record was not recognized or was deleted, while it has been in the “In queue” or “Recognition” status.

On the Billing plan page you can buy prepaid hours, cancel your plan or request the Enterprise version. If your are interested, simply fill the request form.

On the Usage history page you can view your speech recognition usage history. You are able to see:

  • The date.
  • The amount of hours in the format Xh Ym.
  • Further details, with one of two possible event types:
    • “Purchased quota”, which indicates the number of added prepaid quota and corresponds to the date.
    • “Extra hours used in the last month”, which is counted as the total amount of extra hours used in the last month on the 1st of each month. This event only appears if extra hours were used last month.

You can also view your usage history if you don't currently have the Business plan but used to have one.

We'll notify you by email when:

  • Hours are added to your account.
  • Only 5% of prepaid hours are left of your starting balance.
  • You have no prepaid hours left and any further used quota is counted as additional hours.
